DIFNA - Fitness for Women

I registered the website DIFNA.com in 2007, but I had no idea what to do with it! As I became more interested in health and fitness, I decided I wanted to create a hub of wellness information.

Difna is a unique name, and I wanted to see if I could make D.I.F.N.A. into an acronym related to my fitness interests. I want to focus on the following categories:

Diet- The importance of diet in a healthy lifestyle is obvious. I wanted to share and create useful information for maintaining a diet conducive to a fitness lifestyle.

Inspiration- I want to inspire others to care about health and make healthy choices!

Fitness- Living a healthy fitness lifestyle is what it's all about. You can't have DIFNA without the F Word!

Nutrition- What you put in your body is as important as what you do with it.

Attitude- I care about nurturing mental health, with a focus on self-motivation, and developing the proper psychological outlook and the attitude necessary to achieve good health.

Diet, Fitness, Nutrition, and Attitude are all essential elements of the D.I.F.N.A. healthy lifestyle.
